Brooklyn Heights Car Service ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. When you request a quote or book a ride, we collect the information you provide — name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, and trip notes — solely to schedule, confirm, and provide your booking. We do not sell or share your information except as necessary to provide your service.

Terms of Service

By booking with Brooklyn Heights Car Service, you agree to the following: quotes are provided based on the trip details you supply; the stretch limousine is priced at $199/hour with a 4-hour minimum, all other classes are quoted individually; 10% off applies to your first booking with code FIRST10, one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, not applicable to gratuity; vehicles are non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Standard point-to-point and airport bookings can typically be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Event bookings, including stretch limousine reservations, may require advance notice given vehicle and chauffeur scheduling. For airport pickups, we track your flight and allow for reasonable delays at no charge.
